Executive Assistant

Full and Part Time, South Manchester, UK

We're a tight knit team dedicated to making sure that dental manufacturing and its supply chain operate efficiently and securely in the digital world. We combine cloud services, enterprise architecture and event-driven systems to manage over 50 million orders a year across the globe.

We are looking fro someone who is an experienced EA, PA, with excellent organisation and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Providing executive assistance to the CEO, ensuring that they are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  • Providing administrative support, including email and diary management, meeting preparation, booking travel and accommodation and supporting other general day to day activities.
  • Managing the schedule of key business meetings, such as executive team meetings and board meetings.
  • Being the face of Labtrac at our headquarters, ensuring that our Manchester office and remote works are set up at the beginning of each day as an environment which everyone loves to work in.
  • Communicating with the team on any matters relating to the office environment and in the wider office building, including any changes to protocols, issues which are being addressed and events which are taking place.
  • Helping to support any events being held in our HQ, both internal and external.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with extensive experience who can hit the ground running. You'll have:

  • Several years of experience working as an executive assistant to a CEO in a fast paced global organisation.
  • Great communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others and leaving a lasting impact on those you meet.
  • Experience being highly diplomatic and discrete with the ability to handle highly sensitive matters.
  • An eye for detail, you notice the small things and appreciate they add up to greatness!
  • Strong problem solving skills - when things go wrong, you come into your own. The ability to 'think on your feet' and to challenge when appropriate is very important.
  • A track record of being proactive, working independently at all times and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
